Chef Adam Carson proudly presents the following five course gourmet
mushroom dinner:
Pine Nut encrusted Portabella stuffed
with Creamed Spinach & Monterey Jack Cheese.
Wood Grilled Sashimi Grade Scallop
with Crimini Cream & Monchego Cheese
Steamed Enoki Mushrooms
over Baby Greens tossed in Shitake Malt Vinegar
Wood Grilled CAB Filet Mignon
with Oyster Mushrooms, Asparagus, & Bearnaise
Candied Morel Mushrooms
with Hazelnut Chocolate Mousse
The cost for dinner will be $50 and includes
coffee, or tea, tax and tip.
Cocktails begin at 3:30pm (cash bar) and
dinner will begin at 5:00pm
Due to the special nature of this mushroom
dinner, reservations are being handled by John Steinke (262- 363-7407)
of the Wisconsin Mycological Society. Reservations
must be confirmed with payment prior to May 10th.
