"The delicious array of culinary creativity - including pizza, salad, side dishes and appetizer - and a color photo accompanies each of the six recipes. A handy description of the potato variety used in each recipe is also provided." Although created by some of the finest Wisconsin chefs, these delightfully tasting recipes don't require executive chefs skills.

Executive Chef Adam Carson has joined Heaven City once again. Carson, who began his culinary career as an intern, recently served as the executive chef at Paramount Restaurant.
