MEET ADAM CARSON, Executive Chef
 Heaven City is proud to have Wisconsin
native, Chef Adam Carson as the Executive Chef of Heaven City Restaurant,
an extraordinary chef with exceptional culinary skills.
Chef Adam has returned home to the kitchen where he began his career
in 2000 working as an intern under Heaven City's Executive Chef and Owner
at that time, Scott McGlinchey. During Adam's internship tenure, Heaven
City received a 4-star rating from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel's renowned
food critic, the late Dennis Getto and Heaven City became known as one
of the premier Milwaukee fine dining establishments and continues to uphold
that honor.
Two years later, Chef Adam made his debut as a line cook at the AAA four-diamond
Grand Geneva Resort featuring American cuisine.
Moving up the ranks to Sous Chef in 2003, Adam joined BJ Wentker's Triangle
Tavern and Grill, located just outside of Milwaukee in Waterford, Wisconsin
and worked under Head Chef and owner Eric Peterson. In 2005, Chef Adam
returned to Heaven City Restaurant under new owners and assisted in running
the kitchen as Sous Chef, featuring comfort fusion eclectic fine dining.
2006 found Adam accepting his first executive chef position where he
began to expand his culinary thinking and offerings. As Executive Chef
at Paramount Restaurant, Chef Adam successfully ran the new restaurant
kitchen for 8 months where it became known as Ozaukee County's newest
premier dining and entertainment venue featuring contemporary American
cuisine with Southern influences.
Chef Adam honed his executive chef skills and succeeded in gaining respect
and visibility to not only the restaurant, but to his talent as well.
With Adam's touch, Paramount received accolades and was featured as one
of the top Milwaukee area restaurants.
Adam's past came calling in the spring of 2007 when Heaven City offered
him a position he couldn't refuse and an opportunity that excited him
- to come back to the historic Heaven City and show his unparalleled executive
chef skills. Adam rejoined new owners and the future continues to sizzle
for Heaven City restaurant, known as one of the best restaurants &
Milwaukee area leader in catering.
Since Chef Adam's return, the palates of Heaven City patrons have continued
to be dazzled. Adam has brought many of his special touches to the restaurant
and because of his extensive culinary background, you can be sure every
