Maple Leaf Farms 10oz duck breast served over linguinie with souther style red pepper and Andoullie sausage gravy.

Balsamic BBQ Pork Shank
Braised BBQ Pork on the bone served iwth cheesy smoked bacon mashers and caramelized carrots.

Apple Cranberry salad
Tossed greens with feta cheese, red onion, craisins, fresh sliced green apple and walnuts.

Wood Grilled Porterhouse Steak
22 oz. grilled to perfection with a baked russet potato, served with a caramelized onion butter .

Sicilian Duck Breast
Tender Pekin duck Breast breaded with herbs, and sautéed. Served over creamed angel hair pasta with shredded duck confit. Finished with a light tomato crème and a sweet pepper relish.

Spanish Paella
Savory Saffron rice with Chorizo, vegetables, Gulf Shrimp, Sea Scallops, Maine Lobster tail and little neck clams. Topped off with a Saffron Aioli and fried leeks.

Grilled Mahi- Mahi
Fresh Hawaiian Mahi grilled and then wrapped in rice paper and baked with a Sea Scallop and wasabi lime butter. Served on a fresh Shiitake and Napa Stir-fry and Mandarin ginger rice.

Baked Apple Tart
Cinnamon dusted green apple baked over a vanilla custard and flaky crust. Finished with a hot caramel sauce.

Grilled Atlantic salmon
Served over a creamy risotto with fried spinach and a Balsamic reduction
